Yes. Migration is included in onboarding — we move the files, the database, the DNS, the SSL, the email records, and we test everything before the cutover so there’s no extended downtime. Most migrations are completed in a day. The only common complication is if your current host makes it hard to export, which we’ve dealt with from nearly every provider out there.

First, the daily encrypted backup means we restore to the last clean version. Second, we figure out how it happened — usually an outdated plugin, a weak admin password, or a compromised user account — and close that hole.
