The call costs us nothing to offer because it’s how we earn long-term clients.

No catch. You schedule a 30-minute call. We have a real conversation about what you’re working through. We tell you honestly whether we’re a fit. If we are, you decide whether you want to take the next step. If we’re not, we’ll point you in a direction that makes more sense.

No. The discovery call is intentionally short and conversational — not a vehicle for pitching services. If we land on something that could help your business, we’ll send you the relevant information after the call. We don’t use high-pressure sales tactics; we don’t need to. Our clients stay 5–10 years on average because we earn the relationship, not because we close hard.

That happens. Sometimes the business is too small for the kind of support we offer, sometimes the geography doesn’t make sense, sometimes the situation needs a specialist we don’t have. When that’s the case, we’ll tell you on the call — and where possible, we’ll point you toward someone who’s a better fit. The call is genuinely about figuring out whether to work together, not selling you regardless.

No. Many people who book a discovery call have an existing IT vendor and just want an outside read on their current situation. That’s a fine reason to talk. We don’t require you to commit to switching, and we don’t treat existing-vendor relationships as a barrier to a real conversation.

Nothing required. If you want to share specifics — current vendor, current pain points, recent processing statement (for POS reviews), site photos (for network or camera projects), recent cyber insurance questionnaire (for managed IT discussions) — that helps us be more useful on the call. But you can absolutely show up with nothing prepared and we’ll guide the conversation.
