No. When you ask us to quote voice or one of the carriers in our direct catalog, there is no fee. We are compensated by the carrier or platform when an order is placed — the price you see is the same price you would get going to them directly.

If the situation is more complex — multiple buildings, specialty connectivity, unusual phone-system requirements — we can run a Consult & Connect engagement where we evaluate the options, recommend a direction, and connect you to the right partner.

No. Carriers price the same whether you buy direct or through a broker like NTS. In a lot of cases the contract terms are actually cleaner through the master-agent channel — fewer mid-term price escalators, friendlier termination language, faster turn-up.
We will look at what you have, when it expires, and whether there is a better option waiting on the other side of that renewal. We coordinate the timing so you do not end up overlapping services or paying early-termination fees unnecessarily.
