Others grow into multiple services over time. There’s no all-or-nothing commitment, and there’s no upsell pressure on the discovery call.

Both, and most sizes in between. Our typical client is somewhere between 5 and 75 people, but we’ve worked with single-location businesses up through multi-site organizations. On the discovery call we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re scaled right for your operation — we’d rather say no than over-promise.

Many of our clients have internal IT. We typically come in as the partner that takes 24/7 monitoring, after-hours response, security operations, and vendor coordination off their plate so they can focus on projects and people. Internal IT plus NTS works better than either alone for most mid-sized organizations.

Olympus (managed IT) and Managed Website Hosting are flat monthly per-user or per-site fees. Networks and Cameras are fixed-bid projects plus an ongoing site management fee. Hardware Sales is per-purchase, no markup games. POS & Payments brokerage is free when one of our in-network providers is a fit. We’ll walk through the pricing model for whatever you’re considering on the discovery call.

Olympus is our flagship proactive IT service — full managed IT, help desk, M365, business reviews, the operating model. Spartan Protect is our baseline re-active offering — RMM monitoring, managed EDR, and remote support. Spartan is the right call for businesses that want a security baseline without the full proactive overhead; Olympus is for businesses ready to stop reacting.
